Microsoft Identity Manager (m/f/d) in Münster

Join our team as a Microsoft Identity Manager (m/f/d), and play a pivotal role in managing and securing our organization's identity infrastructure.

This position is designed for a seasoned professional with expertise in identity and access management using Microsoft technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce identity governance policies.
Configure and manage identity synchronization between on-premises and cloud environments.
Implement and maintain secure single sign-on (SSO) solutions for various applications.
Develop and maintain connectors for integrating MIM with other identity sources.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of identity and access controls.
Provide expertise in implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
Work closely with security teams to respond to and mitigate identity-related security incidents.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in identity management.
Provide training and mentorship to junior identity management professionals.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
Expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
In-depth knowledge of identity synchronization, SSO, and MFA technologies.
Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or other relevant tools.
Familiarity with identity-related compliance standards and frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
